Zap Those Lice!

For that gross little problem that we never seem to beat, now there’s something new. Robi Comb is an electronic comb that zaps lice dead without any harsh chemicals and combs them out of the hair once and for all — even the tiny ones you can barely see. Take a look at their website for all the 4-1-1, including testimonials from medical experts.

Full disclosure, we’ve never actually tried it, but if it’s half as good as the manufacturer claims it’s worth 10x the price. Sure, you’ll still have to do a ton of laundry on the hottest cycle and vacuum every nook and cranny, but at least you’ll know the little suckers are out of your hair … and theirs.

And no, they’re not paying us to say it.

One response to “Zap Those Lice!”

Love your site. The CDC eased recommendations on treating head lice last spring. While you still have to wash clothes and bed linens used by the infected person for the 1-2 days before treatment in very hot water, the house cleaning is minimized to vacuuming areas the person sat or lay in. The focus is on the removal of nits every 2-3 days.

I bet the comb makes a yucky noise when it zaps. Still better than those chemicals in the lice shampoo.
